How long until I can expect my products to arrive?
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (during busy / festive periods) but we usually try to despatch your products within 7 working days.

Do you do any more sizes?
All our products are made to order. If you require a bespoke size, please let us know via e-mail info@unit2studios.co.uk or call us on 0845 833 1182 and we will be able to provide you with a price.

• Do you have a gallery or somewhere I can see examples of the products?
Yes. You're more than welcome to call in to see samples of our products. We're located at Unit 2, New Street, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend, where we have a wide range on display. We might even stretch to making you a cuppa!

• Can you make products direct from my photographs?
Yes. We are specialists in this. We are able to transform your pictures into any sized product. Both Bespoke and Standard sizes are available. Full details are available on the respective Product pages.

• What if my picture is not in a digital format?
Simple. Just send us your photograph in a hard backed A4 envelope (for added protection) and we'll do the rest. With regards to a digital image the maximum canvas print size depends on the original size & quality of the image. Feel free to email us your image to info@unit2studios.co.uk for a free image consultation.

• Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished product?
We cannot guarantee this as each individual's monitor settings can vary. If you need to colour match a canvas print, please Contact Us. More than likely you will need either a Pantone or Colour swatch to send to us so we can match to the printer's profile.

• Will my canvas be the same the image I see online?
Obviously, each product has their own proportions, meaning that images will vary on whether they are suitable to be printed at respective sizes.

• How do I maintain / care for my products?
Full instructions on fittings and maintaining your products will be enclosed with your despatched package.

• Do you supply trade?

Yes we do. We have an ever increasing list of commissions from Interior Designers, Photographers, Office Managers, Property Developers, Shops etc... Please Contact Us for Trade Prices.

• How does the shopping cart work?
Just like Tesco, Asda, or Sainsbury's you get a basket, which holds your products, until you are ready to pay for them. You are not committed to purchasing an item/s until you've taken your items through the checkout. You can check the contents of your basket by clicking on the 'View Basket' link on any page within this website. If you want to amend your basket, you can easily do this on the checkout page. Once ready to place your order, you will be asked for your personal details.

• How secure is the shopping cart?
All your payment details are processed by a secure server (Roman Cart) and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code for anyone to steal your credit or debit card details. A small padlock icon will appear in the status bar of the browser at the bottom right of your browser when you are entering your card details, signifying you are currently on a secure platform. Another sign to give you peace of mind that you're on a secure site is that in the address bar of the browser you will notice that the beginning of the website address will be https://

• What about my personal details?

It is essential that you send us your personal details, as we need to deliver the goods. Your personal details will only be used for the reasons outlined above, and will never be given to a third party. Unit 2 Studios might use these for marketing purposes. If you object to this, then we will remove you from our database.

• Which payment / switch / credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa / Mastercard / Switch / Maestro / Solo and Delta. We are also pleased to accept Personal cheques from you, made payable to Unit 2 Studios Limited.

• What happens if I wish to place an order but would rather not use my credit card online?
In the event that you don't want to pay via your payment / switch / credit card, we will be happy to assist you. Call 0845 833 1182 during office hours which are 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) and 8-12pm (Saturdays). and we can take your details over the phone. Alternatively we can accept payment by cheque, with all cheques made payable to Unit 2 Studios Limited.

• Can I place an order myself and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes. When entering your personal details at our checkout, you will be given the opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address. A signature is required on delivery though, so make sure this can be arranged.

• How much is delivery?
We use Business Post courier service to deliver your products direct to you.
UK Mainland Delivery - FREE

By sending us your image (either via email or post) you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order details.
